The design must be approved by the client via email or signed letter. All proofs must be approved by September 15 or the design fee will be forfeited. D. After the final approval and printing any changes will be printed at full price plus $35 per hour of design time. E. • The studio that is used during the photo shoot is a private beach maintained strictly for use by Summertime Beach Portraits. Subjects must treat the beach studio as if it were an inside studio and conduct themselves as if they were inside a regular place of business. When the shoot is finished, subjects cannot remain at the beach studio for their own enjoyment. • It is a violation of Florida law to walk on sand dunes or disturb vegetation, even on a private beach. There is a significant fine for picking the sea oats. If a violation of this law occurs, the session will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. • Children must be kept under control and must follow photographer's direction during the photo shoot. • Personal cameras, including video cameras, are not allowed before, during or after the photo shoot. The beach we use is a private beach maintained for my studio. • No alcohol is allowed on the beach. Please refrain from consuming too much alcohol before coming to the shoot. If subjects arrive in a state of inebriation, the session will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. • This is an outdoor studio. The weather is not under our control. Lightening strikes on the beach are deadly and every year there is a death of someone who did not get off the beach when lightening threatened. In case of threatening weather, the decision to continue the photo shoot rests solely with the photographer. If the session is canceled, everyone must leave the beach studio. The session fee will be refunded. The photographer's decision is indisputable in this matter. • We recognize that family reunions are a special time. However, some weeks the weather in Northwest Florida does not cooperate. There is NO indoor studio available for your shoot. There is a risk that the session will be canceled. We will make every effort to reschedule your session. Flexibility on your part is appreciated. If my associate photographer is available I will offer to book your session with him. • No proof books are available for you to take home. No online viewing is available. • If additional prints are desired by friends and family, we suggest that you allow them to view your photographs then place a reorder. • Due to copyright concerns all sales are final. No orders are printed and processed unless paid in full. • Cropping and color will be determined by the photographer. If you want a specific crop it must be noted before the photo shoot or during the sales presentation. • All discounts apply only to each individual order, not the total of a large group. • Images not ordered at the sales presentation will be deleted. • Images will be available for reorder only through Dec 31 of the year of the shoot. • Because of differences in monitors, the color of the sky, Gulf of Mexico, and the sand cannot be guaranteed to look exactly like the sample photos on the website. • Seaweed is a natural part of the beach environment and will not be digitally removed from the photos. • Buildings (condos, beach homes, etc) are part of the landscape but will be digitally removed for a fee. • The beach is windy. Some 95% of the time ladies will not be able to wear their hair down. If retouching is required later, it could be expensive. Your choice.
